Now that potential VP and Hillbilly Elegy scribe JD Vance’s comments disparaging women who don’t want kids have gone viral, social media is a-twitter with talk about “childless cat ladies,” some of whom, like Jennifer Aniston, are clapping back.
Jennifer swiftly responded to Vance’s swipe about the U.S. being run by “'childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives,” writing “I truly can't believe this is coming from a potential VP of the United States” in an Instagram story that also calls out the Republican’s anti-reproductive rights stance.
Other social media users were quick to point out that his remarks could be referring to someone else - Taylor Swift, arguably the richest and most famous “childless cat lady” on the planet right now.
