Adjacent to Netflix’s porn biz drama Supersex, this biographical miniseries tells the story of South Korea’s first ever erotic film, Madame Aema. Made in 1982, the adaptaton of the novel by Jo Su-bi was the most sexually explicit movie the country had ever seen, and the box office hit spawned ten sequels, plus inspired plenty of others to follow suit. But there was a struggle to bring it to the screen, starting with leading lady Jeong Hui-ran (Lee Hanee). The head of the production company, Gu Jung-Ho (Jin Seon-kyu), has a contract with the award-winning actress to star in the film, but unfortunately Hui-ran has completely sworn off going nude. Enter newcomer and nudecomer Shin Joo-ae (Bang Hyo-rin), who replaces Hui-ran and gets thrust into the spotlight. Hyo-rin is just as much a screen newbie as her character, and she debuts her delicious derriere during a scene where she’s filmed having an orgasmic reaction to getting acupuncture needles stuck in her naked backside. Additionally, the series is filled with great shots of Hyo-rin’s captivating cleavage, but the closest we get to seeing the rest of her boobage is when she’s in a white dress so soaked from the rain that we can make out her nips underneath. Aema getting turned on just thinking about it!
